- These items will have up to 2 months delay in fulfillment due to factory closing down and will start production when it reopens.
1. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
- Yes we ship to most countries throughout the world.
- We use the UPS Mail Innovations to ship all orders and tracking will be available through them at www.ups.com. This tracking, however, only follows the package within the United States. After it departs a US Processing Center, it becomes the property of your country’s postal system.
- Shipping times for international orders vary greatly, but we would recommend that you allow at least 2-4 weeks for standard orders from the time it leaves the US for you to receive it internationally.
2. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
- We ship from our partnered vendors and manufacturers located in the USA and China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. Our shop's currency is in USD though!
- Shipped from USA: All Clothing Apparels (1-2 weeks)
- Shipped from China: Flags and Bohemian Tapestry (2-4 weeks)
- Order processing time takes 1-2 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 1-2 weeks! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 3-4 weeks. It depends what you purchased/where you live! You can 'CONTACT US' or email email@example.com for specific shipping times.
- While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we produce. If it does not arrive by 8 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order or refund guaranteed! :)
5. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
- We ship items separately using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
6. WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
- Most of our products are shipped from the USA. Our prices are also in USD. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens).
7. WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
- If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. These items will probably not arrive on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
- You would have 24 hours to cancel your order after ordering an item. Items that are already shipped out won't be able to return/cancelled or exchanged. We don't issue refund unless you received the wrong item or the item is damaged. If you have an issue with your order, contact us directly within 30 days of product delivery and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence.
- For returns, we will process a refund for the original price of the shirt, not the shipping costs we paid to get it to you, as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process once we have issued them.
